This review is overdue, but the Citibay team painted our house in October 2025 and did a great job. Wil was responsive and helpful, answered all my questions, and didn't waste any time coming out to provide an estimate or getting started on the house. Antonio was the lead on site and led an extremely efficient and conscientious team. The whole exterior paint job (from power washing to completing the walkways) took about seven days for our 1.5 story stucco house, including a repair on a stucco retaining wall. The job is neat and tidy; I haven't found any issues in the months since they came out.

We are absolutely thrilled with the outstanding job Citibay Painting did painting the exterior of our home. Their team was professional, meticulous, and the results speak for themselves--it's a flawless 5-star finish! I highly recommend Citibay Painting!

What a fantastic painting experience! Wil and his team are amazing! I badly needed an exterior paint job on my home. Wil won me over with his personality, experience, authenticity, and honesty. Then his team came out and completely won me over with an incredible painting job. They were skilled, hardworking, professional, detailed, thorough, and reliable. They did a wonderful job and I could not be happier! Bringing them back next year for the interior. Call Citibay now!

I really enjoyed working with Wil and his crew! He was so quick to respond to all of my questions. And the quality of work was amazing as well!! I got three quotes and his prices were very fair. I would definitely work with him again!

I was excited to work with them given the good reviews, but the quality was definitely a rush job. Promised a 3-4 day job, but instead did it in 2. Caught on camera many skipped steps, leading to rough edges almost everywhere. Rushed me to pay before I could review the work in person, then when I provided feedback he said (exact text):
- "To me you sound ungrateful given the fact that I've made concessions for you."
And then progressed to threatening me (exact text):
- "Remember dude, what goes around, will come back around.. That's just the law of life."
If you're looking for a rough job and assorted threats afterwards, this is probably the go-to-place.

Update: Since the owner of the company decided to reply with a fanciful story, I went ahead and updated the review with photos. The crew painted kitchen cabinets and put up the cabinet doors back up two hours later, which of course resulted in marred paint in many places. This is the kind of work he was trying to hide, rushing me to pay.

Even the small bits of his response are lies. He did not "consult his wife". When I provided feedback, and then wasn't available for a phone call right away, he texted me with: "But because you haven't answered the phone, you just confirmed to me what type of person you really are! Leave a bad review if you want. And I will respond to it!"

Take the gamble if you want.

The paint team arrived promptly, moved all the furniture and painted very efficiently. They cleaned up and put all the furniture back in place at exactly the right spot. Overall a very reasonably priced and efficient job.

The 5 Star ratings speak for themselves. Wil is top shelf. He's a great communicator, honest and gives you a fair and reasonable price. The job they did for us was excellent, but the customer service was above par. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will keep them on my referral list for any paint jobs we need. Thanks again, Wil!

Citibay Painting did a truly great job on our house. We have a 100 year old 3 story stucco home. Wil and Antonio and their crew totally prepped our house for painting, filling cracks, sanding rough areas, using primer and doing every detail imaginable. Arrived everyday at 8 a.m. working very hard each day. Our house now looks great. Plus, their bid was way more reasonable than 2 others we had received earlier. If you need painting done, hire them.
